What is the evaluation process?

The Young HR Leader Certification requires the completion of the following components:
Assessment Center, Digital Learning Journey & Jury Assessment.

For the shortlist of 100under30, we take into account the scores of Assessment Center & Digital Learning Journey

From these 100, the final 30under30 are selected by the jury members. Here the weightage is:

• 100under30 score  (50% weightage)

• Jury scoring (50% weightage)
