I am getting an error “It seems that the browser/ the version of the browser that you are currently using doesn’t support our platform”. What should I do?

Jombay tools are compatible with Laptops and Desktops only. Please make sure you have opened the assessment link using a Laptop/Desktop in one of the following browsers and that Javascript is enabled:

  • Google Chrome v45 & above

  • Mozilla Firefox v45 & above

  • Microsoft Edge v83 & above
