Who can participate in this initiative? And what are the criteria to enroll?

As of 1st March 2023, you should be either 40 years or below 40 years of age. People across industries from L&D, TA, TM, OD, OE, Comp & Benefits, D&I and other HR functions are allowed and are eligible to enroll.
