How is the weightage distributed / scoring logic?

The Future HR Leader Certification requires the completion of the following components:
Assessment Center, Digital Learning Journey & Pre Jury Assessment.

For the shortlist of 100under40, we take into account the scores of all 3, with weightage as follows:

1. Assessment Center (25% weightage)

2. Completion of the Digital Learning Journey  (15% weightage)

3. Pre Jury scoring (60% weightage)

From these 100, the final 40under40 are selected by the jury members. Here the weightage is:

• 100under40 score  (50% weightage)

• Jury scoring (50% weightage)
