The HR30under30 is more than just an award. The journey is what's most valuable here!
So, there is no cut off score. The Young HR Leader Certification requires the completion of the following components: Assessment Center & Digital Learning Journey.
For the shortlist of 100under30, we take into account the scores of both these.
From these 100, the final 30under30 are selected by the jury members. Here the weightage is:
100under30 score (50% weightage)
Jury scoring (50% weightage)
