The participants undergoing the HR30under30 journey will be shortlisted to a pre-final list of 100under30 basis the scores of the Assessment Center & Digital Learning.
These 100under30 will be announced online. People who don’t make it to the final 100, are still going to get the Young HR leader certification on full completion of the journey.
These 100 will then move onto the final jury round for selection of the final 30under30.
